Booking, payments, swing video, client notes, gift cards — in one place, designed for golf. The modern way independent teaching pros and their students stay organized.

A scheduler over here, a payment processor over there, video review in another tab, lesson notes in a notes app, client list in a spreadsheet. It works. It also costs you hours every week — and the occasional booking.
What changes
No more copy-pasting between a scheduler, a payment app, and a notes file. One login, one client record, one calendar.
Clients book themselves on a public page that knows your services, working hours, and availability — even when you're mid-lesson.
A clean booking page, branded receipts, automatic reminders, and a polished client portal. Looks like a real business because it is one.
What it does
Built specifically for golf
Golf coaching isn't a haircut appointment. You sell lessons by age range and skill level. You bundle sessions. You teach in person, on the range, and increasingly on swing video. Weather cancels lessons. Bundles need session tracking. Gift certificates need redemption codes. ProfectGolf is built around those realities — so you stop forcing your business into a tool that was designed for a salon.
Running your own teaching business out of a range, club, or home base.
Looking for a modern, day-to-day tool that fits how you actually teach.
Managing rosters, group lessons, and age-tiered service catalogs.
College coaches, club pros, or full-time pros taking a few private lessons a week.
Pricing
Two plans — Basic to get you running, Premium for advanced analytics and growth tools. See full plan details on the pricing page.
See pricingNo. You get a public booking page at profectgolf.com/book/your-name that works as your full client-facing site. If you do have your own website, you can link to your booking page from it.
Yes for single lessons — clients can book and pay as guests with just an email. For bundle purchases we ask them to make a free account so the sessions stay tied to them.
Yes. The scheduler and payments handle both. Online lessons can include a Zoom or Google Meet link in the appointment, and swing video review is built in.
You can add clients manually one at a time, and bulk import via CSV is on the roadmap. Most pros get started with their next 5–10 lessons and let new clients self-add via the booking page.
Square for accepting payments from your clients (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), plus external payment links for Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App if you prefer. Your ProfectGolf subscription is billed via Stripe.
You can cancel the lesson and issue the client a free lesson credit they can redeem at a future booking — no refund required. The credit applies automatically when they rebook.
Yes to both. Bundles give clients a discounted price for multiple sessions with automatic tracking, and gift certificates are sold through your booking page with a redemption code flow.
Most pros are taking real bookings within an afternoon. Sign up, add your services, set your working hours, and share your booking link.
